Who I am
Allingford Drone Services is a trading name of Ewan Allen-Cottingham, a sole trader. I am responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact me at ewan@allingforddroneservices.co.uk.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, through the enquiry form or by email, I collect the details you give me. This is usually your name, organisation, email address, phone number and information about your project.
This website does not use cookies or analytics. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out and invoice any work you ask me to do. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
I process your information because it is needed to respond to your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, and for my legitimate interest in running my business.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and project records are stored in my Google Workspace account. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet my legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
